Kellyn Burns, 11 years old (5th grade) - 2000 Phila CYO Champion in Novice Long Jump (13'4")
Domenic DellePella (11 years old, 5th grade) placed 4th in the novice 1600 at the 2000 CYO championship in 5:43
Brian Lafferty recently graduated from 8th grade at St. Pat's and is now at Salesianum High. Brian ran a 5:25 1600m and a 2:26 800m.
2000 Penn Relays - Franklin Field. The greatest runners in the world have entered before us.
We competed in four 4 x 100 relays on a very cool Tuesday night in April. This makes all the hard work worth it! The team rented a bus that took us from Kennett Square to Franklin Field. This was St. Pat's first time at Franklin Field. It was quite an honor. Pictured above is the senior girls 4 x 100 relay.
Our friend Kelly MacDonald (with Kelly Giarrocco) took 2rd place at the 2000 Penn Relays 3000m championship in 9:20. Kelly is an All-American at Arizona State University and participated in the 2000 Olympic Trials 5000m. Her mom and dad travel all over the US to watch Kelly compete. Kelly is an art major at ASU.
